William H.B. Hamill

Partner, Investments / Wealth Advisory

Bill has been providing strategic guidance and investment solutions to high net worth individuals and multi-generational families for more than twenty-five years. As a seasoned wealth advisor who also has an extensive background as a successful business owner and manager, he brings a unique perspective to clients’ complex financial situations. Prior to the launch of PPSG, Bill was Managing Director at Princeton Capital Management. He began his investment advisory career with Dresdner and Company. Before that Bill was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Marion Manufacturing Company, Director and member of the Executive Committee of Shaw Industries, and Chairman of Denby Associates. Bill earned his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina and an MBA from the University of Michigan Business School.

Suzanne Twitchell

Partner, Chief Operating Officer

Suzanne is the organizational backbone of PPSG. Since the firm’s founding she has served as Chief Operating Officer, responsible for all aspects of the firm’s business and investment operations, and as Chief Compliance Officer, overseeing the regulatory obligations of the firm. Before the launch of PPSG, Suzanne was COO at Princeton Capital Management, and prior to that, COO of the hedge fund manager Candlewood Capital Management. Earlier in her career Suzanne was Senior Vice President at Scudder Kemper Investments. She also worked in the securities services division of Manufacturers Hanover Bank and in finance for International Paper Company. Suzanne received her undergraduate degree from Smith College.

Carlton Savoye, CFA

Partner, Investments / Wealth Advisory

Carlton earns the respect and trust of clients through an approach to wealth management that is personal, comprehensive and transparent. He applies the same thoroughness to his investment analysis work, conducting proprietary company and industry research. Prior to the launch of PPSG, Carlton was Managing Director at Princeton Capital Management where he managed high net worth and institutional portfolios and served as Chairman of the Investment Committee. Earlier in his career Carlton was a portfolio manager/analyst at Davidson Capital Management, and before that at The Glenmede Trust Company and Mellon Private Asset Management. Carlton graduated with a BS degree in Finance from San Francisco State University, and received an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Alan M. Moucha, CFA

Partner, Investments / Wealth Advisory

Alan works closely with a wide range of clients to develop investment solutions that reflect their individual situations and secure their long-term financial success. Many of his client relationships span decades as well as generations, a testament to his ability to make clients feel comfortable with and confident about their financial future. Before joining PPSG, Alan was Senior Vice President and a member of the Investment Strategy Group of Jamison, Eaton & Wood, where he was responsible for equity and fixed income research and portfolio management for a diverse client base. Prior to that Alan worked at U.S. Trust Company, Sturdivant & Company, The Investment Counsel Company and North Carolina National Bank. Alan graduated from the University of South Florida with a BA degree in Finance and an MBA in Finance and Economics. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

John enhances the financial well-being of clients by developing customized investment portfolios based on their unique parameters for risk, return and liquidity. He has considerable tenure in the financial services industry; for more than thirty years he has advised and invested on behalf of high net worth individuals and family groups located across the United States and abroad. Prior to joining PPSG in 2015, John served as Managing Director and Senior Investment Advisor at Wilmington Trust Investment Management, where he was also a member of the portfolio team responsible for Wilmington’s Enhanced Dividend Income, Dividend Growth and Core strategies. Before that he was Senior Vice President of Investments at Metlife Trust Company and he served in similar capacities at other firms including Sturdivant & Company. John received his undergraduate degree in Political Science and an MBA from Rutgers University.

R. Todd Lincoln

Todd is a tireless advocate for PPSG clients. He frames every aspect of his roles at PPSG with a focus on how to improve a client’s wealth management experience. Todd draws upon his significant experience as an advisor and on the global network of resources he has developed over the course of his career to provide personalized solutions to clients’ planning and investment needs. Prior to PPSG, Todd held similar roles managing high net worth and institutional relationships at Princeton Capital Management and before that, The Glenmede Trust Company. He began his wealth advisory career at Merrill Lynch where he developed the industry’s first wealth management service for professional athletes. Todd received a BA degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Maryjane works to provide comprehensive and attentive service to PPSG’s clients. Jill C. Dondzila

Client Service Manager

Jill efforts at PPSG are focused on delivering exceptional service to the firm’s clients. Her extensive industry experience and project management skills help to ensure our clients’ comfort and confidence in our work on their behalf. Prior to joining PPSG in 2015 Jill was most recently associated with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. Over the course of her ten years with Merrill Jill worked with clients and internal units on a wide range of matters including new client enrollments, complex distribution requests, legal and estate issues, and client events. Before that she held corporate and retail customer service and sales positions.

Robert J. Scholz

Business Operations Associate

RJ is integral to the efficient operations of the firm through his duties related to client service, investment operations, and compliance. RJ joined PPSG in 2017. His broad industry experience encompasses prior roles in operations, accounting, trading, research and marketing at organizations including Princeton Capital Management, SEI Corporation and Hornor Townsend and Kent, Inc. RJ is a graduate of Lynchburg College where he studied Business Management and French.
